Hi, I'm Kai – a multimedia designer and instructional design specialist passionate about creating engaging learning experiences.
With a BFA in Fine Art from Lesley University and a certification in Instructional Design from the University of New England, I combine strong visual storytelling with a learner-first mindset. For the past six years, I’ve designed interactive eLearning content rooted in adult learning theory and built for real-world results.
I specialize in LMS development, interactive training modules, 3D modeling, and video production, crafting clear, compelling, and accessible digital training experiences. Most recently, I developed eLearning content for Walmart’s advanced robotics systems, transforming complex technology into easy-to-understand training that improves retention and on-the-job performance.
Multimedia Design
I collaborated with the marketing team to conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia assets across platforms. Projects included content for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, and interactive trade show exhibits. Every asset was crafted to align with brand standards while supporting key marketing objectives, visually engaging, purpose-driven, and consistent across channels.
Instructional Design
I’m Certified in Instructional Design through the University of New England, I specialize in creating effective e-learning content for adult learners within LMS environments. My work emphasizes accessibility, OSHA standards, and ADA compliance, often developed in collaboration with safety and legal teams.
I’ve applied these principles in the robotics industry, where I translated complex systems into clear, engaging training materials, balancing attention to detail with a strong visual and educational design aesthetic.
Video Production
I specialize in creating video content for training, marketing, and multimedia projects, with a focus on clarity, engagement, and brand consistency. Over time, I’ve built a full library of reusable video assets tailored to evolving business needs and learning objectives.
From storyboarding and filming to editing, voiceover, audio mixing, and post-production, I manage every stage of the production process. I often blend animation, motion graphics, and live-action footage to create dynamic, high-impact videos that support both internal training and external communications.
